Description
A group of 7 vintage American comic books published by Marvel Comics Group, comprising five issues from The Incredible Hulk (1962 1st Series) and three issues from The Silver Surfer. The Incredible Hulk issues include #120, #121, #124, #127, and #130. The Silver Surfer issues include #4, #7, and #15. These comics display a late Silver Age/early Bronze Age style, with visible cover prices of 15¢ and 25¢. Notable cover text includes “Sky-Rider of the Spaceways!”, “The Heir of Frankenstein!”, “The Hulk vs. The Thing!”, and “Guest-Starring The Fabulous Fantastic Four!”. The reverse sides feature period advertisements for educational courses and mail-order products, such as “Finish High School at home” and “Make Money Get Prizes with fast-selling American Seeds.”
Condition report:
The comics are in used but complete condition. They exhibit general wear consistent with age and handling, including minor corner and edge abrasions, and some creasing. Colors remain generally vibrant.
