Description
A collection of six vintage American comic books from Marvel Comics’ ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ series, which began in 1963. The lot includes one copy each of issue #91 (“Who Shall Live… or Who Shall Die?”), issue #92 (“Spider-Man…Killer!”), and issue #93 (“The Kingpin Strikes Back!”), along with three identical copies of issue #88 (“Doc Ock Lives!”). All issues are marked with an original cover price of 15¢, indicating a publication period likely spanning the late 1960s to early 1970s. Constructed from printed paper, the reverse sides feature various period advertisements, such as those for art correspondence courses, seed sales for prizes, and Christmas card sales. A small white slip of paper marked “516” is present in the frame but is separate from the comic books themselves.
Condition report:
Good to Very Good condition, consistent with age and circulation. Visible wear, creasing, and edge discoloration are present across all issues. Pages show typical age-related toning.
