Description
A collection of approximately fourteen vintage American Western comic books titled ‘Texas Rangers In Action,’ published by Charlton Comics. Each comic features bold, illustrative cover art depicting various Western action scenes with cowboys and rangers. All issues bear a 12¢ price mark and the ‘APPROVED BY THE COMICS CODE AUTHORITY’ stamp, consistent with a publication period spanning the 1960s to early 1970s. Visible issue numbers include No. 44, No. 63, No. 70, No. 71, and No. 72, with corresponding months such as January, February, April, August, and November. Story blurbs such as ‘RILEY’S RANGERS MEET THE DEADLY DUDES!’ and ‘RILEY’S RANGERS MEET THE UGLY BROTHERS!’ are present on several covers. Some issues credit creators ‘GIORDANO & MASTROSERIO’. One comic is encased in a clear protective sleeve.
