Description
A collection of thirteen American comic books from the ‘Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen’ series, published by DC National Comics, primarily dating to the Silver Age of comics. The collection includes visible issue numbers ranging from No. 93 to No. 131, with original cover prices of 12¢, 15¢, and one 80-page Giant priced at 25¢. Each comic features colorful printed paper covers, many protected within clear plastic sleeves, depicting dynamic illustrations of Superman and Jimmy Olsen engaged in various adventures. Visible story titles include “The Brainwashing of Big Jimmy!”, “Jimmy Olsen’s Death-Trick!”, and “Jimmy Olsen as… The Batman-Superman of Earth-X!”. Most covers also prominently display the “Approved by the Comics Code Authority” seal. A white sticker with the number “554” is visible on the lower left of one issue.
Condition report:
Overall good to very good condition, consistent with age and handling. Minor handling wear, creasing, and edge wear are present on covers and spines. Some issues are protected within clear plastic sleeves. Colors remain vibrant.
