Description
This lot features three vintage DC Comics Limited Collectors’ Edition comic books. It includes two issues from the ‘SHAZAM! WITH ONE MAGIC WORD! THE ORIGINAL CAPTAIN MARVEL’ series and one from the ‘GHOSTS WE CHALLENGE YOU TO READ TRUE TALES OF THE SUPERNATURAL’ series. Each item is characterized by vibrant, classic comic book illustration on paper covers and was originally priced at ‘$1.00’. These ‘King-Size Stories’ issues promised bonus content such as ‘3-D Diorama Cut-Outs,’ ‘Super-Size Pin-Ups,’ ‘Games,’ and ‘Coloring Pages’.
