Description
A group of four vintage American comic strip proofs, featuring the popular comic strip ‘Little Annie Rooney’ with subsidiary ‘Ming Foo’ strips. Each proof is printed on thin, fax-like paper in the1930s. Copyright information visible on the strips states ‘© 1935, King Features Syndicate, Inc., Great Britain rights reserved.’ Specific strips are marked with dates such as ’12-15,’ ’11-24,’ and ‘8-11,’ indicating publication in late 1935. One strip bears a possible artist signature, ‘N. NACOR.’ Printed on paper.
Condition report:
The pages exhibit some yellowing consistent with age and minor creasing from handling. Colors remain vibrant. Overall good condition.
