Description
A vintage, mid-20th century “The Playbill” theatre program for the Colonial Theatre, Boston. The program is titled “The Play’s The Thing” and features the production “The Cold Wind And The Warm,” starring Eli Wallach and Maureen Stapleton, dated November 17-29. The paper, staple-bound program displays numerous handwritten ink signatures on its cover and interior pages, notably one appearing to be “Eli Wallach.” The item is accompanied by a JSA (James Spence Authentication) “Basic Certification” card, number AX02079, which states the signature(s) are deemed genuine.
Condition report:
Well-preserved condition for its age, exhibiting expected handling wear. Handwritten ink signatures are present on the cover and interior pages.
