Description
A collection of Golden Age Dell Roy Rogers Comics. This lot comprises approximately fifteen vintage American comic books, predominantly featuring the Western hero Roy Rogers, with several issues also highlighting his horse, Trigger. Most covers display photographic images of Roy Rogers in various cowboy attires, often posing with a pistol or his horse, while some earlier issues utilize illustrated artwork. All identifiable titles read “Roy Rogers Comics” or “Roy Rogers and Trigger,” and the publisher “Dell” is consistently visible, alongside a “10¢” price marking. Visible publication months include August, March, and January, with snippets of story titles like “The Invisible Army” and “The Yellow Raider” also discernible.
