The lot consists of three vintage American science fiction comic books from the Star Trek franchise, published by Whitman Comics. The collection includes issues from the mid-1970s, confirmed by research to include Star Trek #40, published in 1976. All three comics feature the WHITMAN logo in the upper left corner and display images of Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock on the cover.
