This grouping includes several first issues such as The Hands of the Dragon No. 1 (June), The Brute No. 1 (February), Kid Cody Gunfighter starring the Comanche Kid No. 1 (February), and Weird Suspense featuring The Tarantula No. 1 (February), along with The Cougar No. 2 (July).
