The group includes cards from several expansion sets dating from approximately 1995 to 2002. Featured titles include Dark Ritual, Merfolk Looter, Word of Binding, Mystic Familiar, Acorn Harvest, Carrion Beetles, Dire Wolves, Serpent Warrior, Spinal Graft, and Carrion Rats. The cards are printed on standard cardstock. A majority of the items in the collection bear artist signatures in silver or black ink across their front faces, including signatures attributed to Ron Spencer, Edward P. Beard, Jr., and Ken Meyer, Jr.
