These premiere edition collectibles feature stylized cover illustrations of a cybernetic warrior. The covers are constructed from white cardstock featuring a repeating diagonal watermark pattern of the word EXTREME. The title typography is rendered in bold red and yellow gradient tones. One item is housed in a clear protective plastic sleeve featuring a gold foil Official Hero Original seal of authenticity on the lower left corner with serial number 03442.
