A group of two DC Comics reprint editions, comprising a 1987 fiftieth-anniversary commemorative reprint of Action Comics No. 1 (originally published June 1938) and a Silver Age Classics edition of Action Comics No. 252 (originally published May 1959). The Action Comics No. 1 reprint features the cover art of Superman lifting a green sedan and includes internal copyright information and a Fifty Years logo marking its 1987 publication date. The Action Comics No. 252 reprint, published circa 1990, depicts the first appearance of Supergirl and features a full-page color advertisement for the NES video game Smash TV on the back cover.
