A limited edition Rawlings Adirondack wooden baseball bat commemorating Gary Sheffield’s 1992 season with the San Diego Padres. The barrel features a signature in blue ink. A black metal plaque with gold-tone engraving is affixed to the barrel, inscribed with: GARY SHEFFIELD, SAN DIEGO PADRES, 1992, N.L. BATTING CHAMPION, .330 AVG. 33 HR 100 RBI’s, Limited Edition 49 / 100. The bat includes a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Basic Cert card and a matching JSA hologram sticker, number J38720, located on the knob. The knob also bears a small white sticker with the handwritten number 49.
Condition report:
The bat is in excellent condition. The blue ink signature is bold and legible. The commemorative plaque and wood finish show minimal signs of wear. The JSA hologram sticker on the knob shows slight lifting at the edges.
