BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! After Norman Rockwell, Missed and First Down, Color Photolithographs
A pair of color photolithographs after original 1951 illustrations by Norman Rockwell from the Four Sporting Boys series, also known as The Four Seasons of Sports. The first print, titled Missed, depicts a group of four boys on a golf green focusing on a putt. The second print, titled First Down, captures a dynamic mid-air tackle between several boys playing football. Both works feature a printed facsimile signature within the image area. These are commercial reproductions, likely posthumous, and do not bear hand-signatures, edition numbers, or printer stamps. Each print is housed in a white-on-blue double mat. Image size approximately 10 x 8 inches. Sheet size including mat approximately 14 x 11 inches.
Condition report:
The prints are well-preserved with no significant foxing, toning, or fading. The mats show light surface soiling and a small smudge at the top edge of the golf print mat. Not examined out of the mats.
