Department 56 hand-painted ceramic miniature village set from The Original Snow Village collection. This two-piece set, titled Linden Hills Country Club, includes a large multi-story Tudor-style clubhouse and a coordinating detached entrance sign. The clubhouse features a cream-colored facade with dark architectural trim, a brown shingled roof with heavy molded snow accents, and a second-story balcony displaying a Linden Hills banner. Decorative elements include festive wreaths and integrated evergreen trees. The secondary piece is a stone-textured entrance gate with a black wrought-iron style sign. The item is housed in its original illustrated retail box. The box panel is marked with item number 56.54917 and barcode 7 34409 09833 6. Printed text identifies the manufacturer as Department 56, Inc. of Eden Prairie, MN, with a copyright date of 1999.
Condition report:
The set is sold in its original packaging which features a red manufacturer\'s Retired label. The box shows visible signs of shelf wear, including surface creasing on the center-top of the front panel and wear along the edges and corners. Internal ceramic components were not removed for physical inspection; however, they appear protected by the original molded styrofoam inserts. No third-party grading labels are present.
