This is a lot of five vintage comic books from Marvel Comics featuring The Transformers, published between 1984 and 1985. The collection includes two copies of issue number 2, and single copies of issue numbers 3, 4, and 9. Issue number 2, titled Optimus Prime vs. Megatron!, consists of two Direct Edition copies from the original four-issue limited series with November 1984 cover dates. Issue number 3 is a Direct Edition from the limited series dated January 1985, featuring a guest appearance by Spider-Man in his black symbiote suit with cover art by Bill Sienkiewicz.
