This collection consists of 18 comic books, primarily from the DC Vertigo imprint. The group features a substantial run of Sandman Mystery Theatre, including issues 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, and 52. These issues, dating from 1996 to 1997, feature writing by Matt Wagner and Steven T. Seagle, with interior art by Guy Davis and distinctive photo-montage cover art by Gavin Wilson and Richard Bruning. The lot is rounded out by Vision No. 1 (1994), featuring work by James Vance and Guy Davis, and Secret Origins No. 53 (1990), which includes stories of Green Lantern and Sentinel with a cover illustrated by Brian Bolland. All comics are Direct Sales editions with visible barcodes on the front covers.
