This collection contains six vintage Silver and early Bronze Age Superboy comic books published by DC National Comics between 1966 and 1971. The assortment includes the following issues: Superboy No. 126 (January 1966) featuring Mechano-Master and the Dart-Bomb; Superboy No. 131 (July 1966) featuring the Fists and the Fury and the introduction of Krypto joining the Dog Legionnaires; Superboy No. 138 (80-Page Giant G-35, June 1967) containing multiple stories such as The Army That Conquered Superboy; Superboy No. 139 (June 1967) featuring The Town That Hated Superboy; Superboy No. 163 (March 1970) with the cover story Reform School Rebel; and Superboy No. 175 (June 1971) featuring cover art by Neal Adams and the story Doomsday for a Super-Phantom. The books feature cover prices of 12 cents, 15 cents, and 25 cents.


Condition report:

These are raw, ungraded copies in mixed, circulated condition ranging from Poor to approximately Very Good. Issue No. 138 is in Poor condition with a significant portion of the front cover missing along the left edge and heavy creasing. Issue No. 163 shows low-grade characteristics including heavy spine roll and numerous creases. Other issues in the lot display typical signs of wear such as spine stress ticks, minor edge wear, corner blunting, and light surface scuffing. Four of the comic books are housed in protective plastic sleeves; two are loose.
