A trio of vintage issues of The Amazing World of DC Comics, an official fanzine published by DC Comics in the mid-1970s. The collection includes Issue No. 6 (May 1975), a Special Joe Orlando Issue with a cover signature by Joe Orlando; Issue No. 8 (Sept. 1975), featuring Gorilla Grodd, Batman, The Flash, and Adam Strange with a cover signature by Bill Griffith; and Issue No. 16 (undated), the Golden Age Issue, which features a character montage including Superman, Batman, Robin, and Wonder Woman. Each issue contains historical retrospectives, news, and behind-the-scenes industry information and carries a original cover price of $1.50.
Condition report:
These items are raw and have not been professionally graded. All three issues are housed in individual protective plastic sleeves with backing boards. The covers show vibrant colors with minor shelf wear and light corner blunting. Spines appear relatively flat and intact. No significant tearing or cover detachment is observed through the protective packaging.
