This collection consists of nine individual comic books and one factory-sealed multi-pack containing three comics, published by the Marvel Comics Group during the Bronze Age. The individual issues include Howard the Duck number 3 (May 1976) with cover art by Rich Buckler and Steve Leialoha; Night Rider number 5 (June 1975); Chamber of Darkness number 1 (October 1969), representing the premiere issue of the series; Amazing Adventures number 25 (July 1974) featuring Killraven and based on concepts by H.G. Wells; Kid Colt Outlaw number 186 (September 1974); Astonishing Tales number 11 (April 1972) featuring the origin of Ka-Zar and Zabu; The Hands of Shang-Chi Master of Kung Fu number 29 (June 1975) featuring Razor-Fist; and Kull the Destroyer number 13 (April 1974). The lot also features a factory-sealed Whitman multi-pack distributed by Western Publishing Company, Inc. The visible top comic in the pack is Battlestar Galactica number 1, featuring the 35 cent cover price variant. The comics represent a variety of genres including western, martial arts, horror, science fiction, and fantasy.

Condition report:

The items are in mixed, ungraded condition, generally ranging from Good to Fine. Most individual issues show typical signs of age and handling, including spine stress, small color-breaking ticks, and minor corner wear. Kid Colt Outlaw number 186 and Chamber of Darkness number 1 exhibit more pronounced wear with significant spine creasing and rounded corners. The covers for the nine loose issues appear to be attached at both staples. The Battlestar Galactica Whitman multi-pack remains in its original factory-sealed polybag; the plastic bag shows expected age-related crinkling and shelf wear but remains intact and unopened.
