This complete set of 10 comic books from the Grendel: War Child limited series was published by Dark Horse Comics between 1992 and 1993. The collection includes issues 1 through 10, completing the story arc created by Matt Wagner. Cover artwork for issues 1 through 6 is by Simon Bisley, while Matt Wagner provided the cover art for issues 7 through 10. Wagner’s signature and the date 92 are visible within the artwork on the covers of issues 7 and 9. Each issue features the stylized Grendel title logo with war child printed below, the circular Dark Horse horse-head logo, and the advisory NOT FOR CHILDREN.
