This collection consists of five vintage Walt Disney comic books published by Gold Key, dating from the early 1960s through the late 1970s. The group includes several titles and movie adaptations in standard American comic book format. The lot includes Moby Duck issue number 10209-910 (issue 14) from October 1969; Mickey Mouse and Goofy issue number 90027-702 (issue 171) from circa 1977; Mickey Mouse Album issue number 10082-309 (issue 18) from September 1963; Kidnapped (Walt Disney Classic) issue number 10080-306 (issue 1) from June 1963, which is a movie adaptation of the Robert Louis Stevenson novel; and Big Red issue number 10026-211 (issue 1) from November 1962, a movie tie-in adaptation. Each comic is housed in an individual protective plastic sleeve with a backing board.

These items are in ungraded, raw condition and exhibit various degrees of age-related wear. Moby Duck shows moderate spine creasing and edge wear. Mickey Mouse and Goofy displays spine stress marks and minor corner/edge wear. Mickey Mouse Album has significant wear including a noticeable spine roll, multiple cover creases, and surface soiling. Kidnapped is in poor to fair condition with heavy handwritten ink markings (JOE Z) on the front cover and significant spine/edge wear. Big Red shows moderate wear with visible spine creasing and light surface rubbing. Pages across the collection show typical yellowing consistent with vintage newsprint.
