This is an original copy of Action Comics #316, published by DC Comics (National Comics Publications) with a cover date of September 1964. The issue features the lead story titled Supergirl’s Choice of Doom! The cover art, attributed to Curt Swan (pencils) and George Klein (inks), depicts a hypnotized Supergirl at a control console, faced with a forced choice between destroying Superman or her father, Zor-El. The spine shows minor stress lines and light wear typical of a handled comic of this age. There is minor corner blunting and light creasing visible near the edges through the sleeve. Colors remain vibrant with no significant staining or large tears observed from the primary surfaces.
