This is an original Silver Age comic book, Hawkman issue number 7, published by National Periodical Publications under the DC Comics brand with a cover date of May 1965. The cover art is attributed to Murphy Anderson and features the story "Attack of the Crocodile-Men!" written by Gardner Fox.
