A collection of softcover issues of Heavy Metal: The Adult Illustrated Fantasy Magazine, published by HM Communications, Inc. between 1986 and 1987. These quarto-sized volumes feature pictorial wrappers and showcase comic strips and artwork by influential science fiction and fantasy illustrators.
