A collection of three sets of original pre-press color art proofs for the DC Comics and Vertigo series The Sandman by Neil Gaiman. These items are production-grade color separations used by printers to verify color accuracy and quality prior to final mass production. Each set is composed of multiple translucent mylar or acetate layers representing individual color plates for cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (CMYK).
The first set features a full-color depiction of Morpheus (Dream of the Endless) reclining on a throne with Matthew the Raven.
