This lot comprises a collection of DC Comics comic books, primarily from the 1990s through the early 2010s. The collection features a complete five-issue run of the Elseworlds miniseries Batman: Nevermore (June–October 2003), written by Len Wein with interior art by Guy Davis and cover illustrations by Bernie Wrightson. Other titles included in the lot are Arsenal #2 (1998), 52 Week Thirty-Three (2006), L.E.G.I.O.N. ’93 issues #56 and #60, Green Arrow #8 (2008), and a Free Comic Book Day edition of The New 52! #1 (2012). The collection also contains Eclipso #1 (1992), Showcase ’95 #5, Justice League International (Millennium Week 1), R.E.B.E.L.S. ’95 #13, and Doomsday: Year One (1995 Annual #1). The comics are in standard softcover, stapled format and feature artwork and writing by creators such as Keith Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis, and Geoff Johns. The majority of the issues are housed in individual protective plastic sleeves with cardboard backing.
Condition report:
The collection appears to be in overall good to very good condition. Most issues are protected by sleeves, which show minimal wear. Cover colors remain bright. Small price or promotional stickers are present on some of the outer plastic sleeves, including a 2.50 price sticker on Batman: Nevermore #1. Minor edge wear and slight blunting of corners may be present on individual issues, consistent with careful handling.
