This lot consists of six vintage action figures from the Masters of the Universe (MOTU) collection manufactured by Mattel, Inc. The figures are primarily constructed from molded plastic, with the Moss Man figure featuring a green synthetic flocked surface. The collection includes the characters Man-At-Arms, Faker, Prince Adam, Leech, Buzz-Off, and Moss Man. These figures are loose and incomplete, missing all original accessories including weapons, removable chest armor, and fabric clothing. Visible markings on the wing of the Buzz-Off figure include © MATTEL, INC. HONG KONG. The figures feature articulation at the neck, shoulders, and hips, and were originally manufactured with an internal spring-loaded waist mechanism. The Leech figure features large green proportions and integrated rubber suction cups on the mouth, hands, and feet.
Condition report:
The figures are in used, played-with condition and are missing all original accessories. Visible paint wear and scuffing are present on several figures, most notably on the boots and loincloth sections. The Prince Adam figure exhibits surface grime and discoloration on the white torso plastic. Moss Man shows minor areas of flocking loss. The integrity of the internal spring mechanisms and the functionality of the rubber suction cups have not been tested.
