A collection of approximately 40 Grendel comic books published by Comico between 1986 and 1989. This lot features a substantial run of Volume 2, primarily covering issues 1 through 31. The collection contains two copies of issue 1, which introduces Christine Spar as Grendel, and issue 16, which marks the start of the God and the Devil storyline. The series was created and written by Matt Wagner. Cover art is by Matt Wagner and the Pander Brothers, with signatures visible on issues 7, 8, 9, and 10.
