BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! A Collection of Vintage Boxing Press Photographs and Professional Wrestling Memorabilia

A multi-part collection of boxing and professional wrestling memorabilia featuring vintage press photography, signed promotional photos, and trading cards. The boxing component includes several original black-and-white press photographs from the 1920s and 1930s. These pieces often feature original typed captions and agency stamps on the reverse from ACME Newspictures and N.E.A. Significant items include a July 28, 1928, photo of Gene Tunney vs. Tom Heeney showing Tunney in victory; an August 6, 1929, photo of Tony Canzoneri training for a lightweight title bout; a July 15, 1932, action shot from the Jack Kid Berg vs. Kid Chocolate bout at the Madison Square Garden Bowl; and a July 5, 1933, photograph of Primo Carnera knocking down Jack Sharkey during their heavyweight championship match. Also included are three modern photographs signed by Ugandan world champion John Mugabi. The professional wrestling portion of the collection features a vintage promotional photo of Bruno Sammartino wearing the world heavyweight championship belt, signed in blue ink. This is accompanied by a group of approximately eight vintage black-and-white promotional cards for various wrestlers including Johnny Flash Gordon, Dancing Dick Nelson, Speedy Joey Bolton, Tony Simon, Sonny Roberts, Norm Diamond Brady, and Chester Tiger Dukat. The lot is completed by a stack of approximately 20 to 25 1991 WCW/Impel trading cards featuring individuals such as Ric Flair and Missy Hyatt.

Condition report:

Items show age-appropriate wear throughout the collection. The vintage press photographs and wrestling promotional cards exhibit edge wear, minor creasing, and occasional foxing or surface staining. The signed Bruno Sammartino photograph shows surface wear and creasing. The modern John Mugabi photographs and 1991 WCW trading cards appear to be in generally good condition with minimal wear. All signatures are unauthenticated.
