Rollie Fingers Autographed Oakland Athletics Color Photograph with JSA Authentication This lot features a color photograph of professional baseball player Rollie Fingers, depicted in an Oakland Athletics uniform including a green and gold team cap and warm-up jacket while holding a Rawlings baseball glove. The photograph is signed in blue ink across the white jersey area. A James Spence Authentication (JSA) tamper-evident sticker with certification number CH61170 is affixed to the upper right corner. An official Major League Baseball hologram is also visible in the upper right corner of the photograph. Provenance / Authentication Note: This item originates from a single-owner collection assembled by a dedicated sports fan with a strong focus on Notre Dame and New York Yankees memorabilia. The collector actively pursued autographs over many years through in-person events, including games, autograph shows, and visits to National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum during player events, as well as through direct mail requests to athletes and celebrities. The collection included supporting material such as handwritten correspondence sent to athletes (in some cases with payment enclosed), along with photographs of the collector with various signers. Condition report:
The photograph and signature are in good condition. The blue ink signature remains bold and legible. The photographic paper shows no visible creasing, tears, or significant fading.
