BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! Collection of Eleven Autographed New York Yankees 8×10 Photographs Including Derek Jeter and Don Larsen/David Wells Dual-Signed

This lot features a collection of eleven autographed 8×10 inch photographs of various New York Yankees players, primarily from the late 1990s and mid-2000s era. The collection includes two action shots of Derek Jeter signed in felt-tip marker, one of which is verified by an MLB Authentication hologram (DB 52974032). A highlight of the group is a commemorative licensed MLB photograph dual-signed by Don Larsen and David Wells in honor of their perfect games; Larsen inscribed the photo with WS PG 10-8-56 and Wells added PG 5-17-98. Other notable autographs in the set include Bernie Williams on a black-and-white composite promotional photo, Mike Mussina in a pitching action shot, Andy Pettitte in a rare batting image, Nick Swisher with an MLB Authentication hologram, Curtis Granderson, and Melky Cabrera. Also included are signatures from Cecil Fielder (personalized To Scott), and Ian Kennedy. The lot is supported by several forms of authentication, including two Certificates of Authenticity from Real McCoy 2 Collectibles for Melky Cabrera and Austin Jackson, two Certificates of Authenticity from All Star Cards & Collectibles for Ian Kennedy and Andy Phillips, a 4×6 inch proof photo of Melky Cabrera signing, and a handwritten descriptive note for Kevin Thompson.

Dimensions: 8 x 10 inches (each photograph).

Provenance / Authentication Note: This item originates from a single-owner collection assembled by a dedicated sports fan (with a strong focus on Notre Dame and New York Yankees memorabilia). The collector actively pursued autographs over many years through in-person events, including games, autograph shows, and visits to National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum during player events, as well as through direct mail requests to athletes and celebrities. The collection included supporting material such as handwritten correspondence sent to athletes (in some cases with payment enclosed), along with photographs of the collector with various signers. A portion of this same collection was featured in our March 21st auction, where multiple items were authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA). In regards to any items with signature(s): While this specific item(s) may not be individually submitted for third-party authentication, it originates from the same collection and shows consistency with previously authenticated pieces. As with many large autograph collections, there may be a small number of facsimile or clubhouse-style signatures present, but for the most part we have seen AUTHENTIC SIGNATURES within the collection. Based on the overall provenance and our review, we maintain a strong level of confidence in the authenticity of most items. Bidders are encouraged to review all photos carefully and bid according to their own level of comfort. No additional authentication documentation is included unless visible within the lot photos. Please reach out with any questions.

Condition report:

The photographs are in excellent overall condition, exhibiting vibrant colors and bold, clear signatures in blue or black ink. Minor handling wear is present on some edges, particularly on the Wells and Larsen commemorative photo. The Cecil Fielder photograph contains a personal inscription.
