Description
BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! A Collection of Approximately 3,000 to 4,000 Vintage and Modern Baseball and Multi-Sport Trading Cards
This extensive collection consists of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 raw trading cards, primarily focused on baseball with additional multi-sport and non-sport items. The cards are housed in a single four-row white cardboard storage box. The inventory features a significant selection of vintage Topps baseball cards from the mid-to-late 1970s. Identified vintage highlights include 1977 Topps cards of Mike Schmidt (number 10), Reggie Jackson (number 10), Willie Stargell (number 410), Jim Rice (number 20), and Phil Niekro (number 35). Additional vintage star cards include the 1974 Topps Gaylord Perry (number 340), 1973 Topps Harmon Killebrew (number 170), and 1973 Topps Brooks Robinson (number 160).
The modern portion of the collection includes various sets from Topps, Bowman, Panini, and Score dating from the 1980s through 2021. Notable modern cards include a 2020 Topps Mike Trout (number 1), a 2021 Topps Dean Kremer Rookie Card (number 295), a 2019 Panini Optic Action All-Stars Christian Yelich, and a Topps Gold Label Ichiro. Multiple Bowman Chrome Aaron Nola First Bowman cards are present, along with a Score Ryne Sandberg card (number 28).
The lot includes specialty items such as several Bruce Lee Authentic Relic cards containing fabric swatches and one featuring a printed text relic. Large bulk quantities of specific players and sets are included, notably numerous Leo Foster cards and a significant volume of 2017 Topps Stadium Club base cards.
Condition report:
The cards are raw and ungraded. Vintage cards from the 1970s exhibit period-related wear, including softened corners, edge wear, and varying centering. Specifically, the 1977 Mike Schmidt shows moderate corner wear and a right-leaning shift in centering, while the 1977 Reggie Jackson shows sharper corners with centering shifted toward the bottom. Modern cards from the 2010s and 2020s generally appear to be in Excellent to Near-Mint condition. Some individual cards are protected in plastic top loaders.
