BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! 1946 Boston Garden Sport News Hockey Program Signed by Milt Schmidt and Woody Dumart with JSA LOA
This lot features an official multi-signed hockey game program for Sport News at the Boston Garden, dated March 17, 1946. The program originates from the 1945-46 season for a matchup between the Boston Bruins and the Chicago Blackhawks. The front cover is hand-signed by two legendary members of the Boston Bruins Kraut Line, both Hockey Hall of Fame inductees: Milt Schmidt in blue fiber-tip marker and Woody Dumart in black fiber-tip marker. The red and white cover showcases a central black-and-white action photograph of hockey players, with large yellow script reading Boston Garden at the base and an original price of 15 cents. This item was manufactured by Allied Printing. The program is accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA), certification number YY60392, dated January 15, 2024. The document is notarized by a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey and includes a matching tamper-evident JSA authentication label.
Size: 8 inches x 11 inches.
Condition report:
The program exhibits signs of age-appropriate wear, including a prominent vertical center crease and several diagonal creases on the cover. Visible wear and minor fraying are present along the spine and outer edges. Despite the handling wear, the signatures are bold and remain clearly legible against the cover image.
