This lot consists of two collectible baseball cards from the 1980s and 1990s. The first item is a 1982 Fleer Cal Ripken, Jr. rookie card, number 176, featuring the Hall of Fame infielder for the Baltimore Orioles. The reverse displays his major and minor league statistics through 1981 and is marked with the 1982 Fleer Corp. copyright. The second item is a 1991 Leaf The Elite Series Terry Pendleton insert card, number 16 of 18. This limited-edition card features a gold metallic foil and hologram design by artist Dick Perez. The reverse is hand-stamped with the individual serial number 03634/10,000 and commemorates Pendleton’s MVP-caliber season with the Atlanta Braves. Both cards are housed in individual BCW 35pt magnetic one-touch holders.
Condition report:
Both cards are ungraded. The 1982 Fleer Cal Ripken Jr. card shows centering biased toward the lower left margins. The corners are generally sharp, with a very minor touch of wear visible on the upper left corner. The 1991 Leaf Terry Pendleton card appears to be in Near Mint condition with sharp corners and well-preserved metallic foil surfaces.
