This is an original US theatrical one-sheet movie poster for the 1971 horror film The Return of Count Yorga, released by American International Pictures (AIP). The poster also features teaser promotional text at the left edge for the 1972 film The Deathmaster, both of which starred Robert Quarry in prominent vampire roles. The central artwork features a macabre illustration of a fanged vampire head attached to three monstrous, green clawed limbs, one of which contains a fanged mouth and another an eye. Credits listed include starring Robert Quarry, Mariette Hartley, Roger Perry, Yvonne Wilder, and Edward Walsh, with guest star Walter Brooke. The film was written and directed by Bob Kelljan and produced by Michael Macready.
The lower margin features the following printed marks: COPYRIGHT 1971 AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL PICTURES, INC. at the lower left; LITHO IN U. S. Condition report:
This poster is in very good vintage condition. It is folded as originally issued to theaters. There is minor creasing and light wear typical of age along the fold lines and at the cross-fold intersections. The paper remains clean with bright colors and minimal handling wear.
