This collection of several hardcover volumes comprises historical, biographical, and instructional titles. Highlighting the group are two author-signed copies. James L. Swanson, Manhunt: The 12-Day Chase for Lincoln’s Killer, published by William Morrow, contains a handwritten inscription on the title page in blue ink reading: For a fellow traveler in pursuit of John Wilkes Booth. Best wishes, James L. Swanson. Kitty Kelley, The Royals, published by Warner Books, features the author signature on the title page in black ink. Other included titles are Marion Crawford, Elizabeth the Queen: The Story of Britain’s New Sovereign, published by Prentice-Hall, retaining its original dust jacket with a Karsh photograph; Richard McKenna, The Sand Pebbles, published by Harper and Row in orange cloth; and Bruce Lee and M. Uyehara, Bruce Lee’s Fighting Method, bound in brown textured leatherette with gilt titles and black and white instructional photos. The collection also includes a historical volume featuring detailed 18th-century military drill illustrations.
Height: 8.5 inches to 11.25 inches.

Condition report:

General condition is mixed. The dust jackets on Manhunt and Elizabeth the Queen show edge wear, small chips, and creasing. The Manhunt dust jacket has a retail price sticker on the front flap. The cloth boards of The Sand Pebbles show light fading and shelf wear at the extremities. The leatherette binding of Bruce Lee\'s Fighting Method exhibits minor rubbing to the spine and corners. Internal pages across all volumes are generally clean and the bindings remain secure.
