The book features all edges gilt and an integrated black silk ribbon marker. The title page is framed by a decorative Celtic knot border. The text includes extensive black and white technical and historical illustrations, including detailed engravings of Marlin rifle actions and cross-sections of Peters hunting bullets. Condition report:
Very good condition. The leather covers show only minor surface wear and light rubbing at the extremities. The gilt stamping on the covers and spine remains bright. The gilt on the page edges shows light scuffing and minor scratches, particularly on the fore-edge. The interior is clean and tightly bound with no observable markings or foxing.
