A group of United States Jefferson Nickels dated 1965. These copper-nickel alloy coins are housed in individual translucent plastic coin tubes. The obverse features the standard Jefferson profile design and the reverse shows the Monticello design. In accordance with United States Mint policy for the years 1965 through 1967, these coins were produced without mint marks. The tubes are identified by handwritten labels reading 1965 BU.
Condition report:
The coins appear to be in uncirculated condition with original mint luster and sharp strike details visible on the end coins. The plastic storage tubes show minor handling wear and surface scuffing.
