The front of the jersey features the Birds on the Bat logo with two red cardinals perched on a yellow bat above the team name Cardinals in red script with navy blue embroidered outlines. The reverse of the jersey features the player name PUJOLS in an arch and the player number 5 below. Both the name and number are constructed from red tackle twill with navy blue embroidered outlines.
