A collection of baseball cards primarily from the 2009 Bowman and 2009 Bowman Chrome series manufactured by Topps. The assortment includes base cards, Chrome parallels, and the 2009 Bowman Draft Picks & Prospects subset. A significant portion of the collection features the 2009 World Baseball Classic (WBC) subset, characterized by blue borders, international team jerseys, and the WBC logo. Notable players in the WBC subset include Ichiro Suzuki (Japan), Chipper Jones (USA), David Ortiz (Dominican Republic), and Dustin Pedroia (USA). The collection contains numerous early-career cards, including 1st Bowman cards for D.J. Condition report:
The cards are in raw, ungraded condition. Visual inspection through the protective sleeves indicates that the cards generally exhibit sharp corners and clean edges with no significant whitening or dings visible. Surface gloss appears well-preserved across both paper and Chrome versions. Centering on the majority of the cards appears to be within standard factory ranges of 60/40 to 50/50. The cards are estimated to be in the Near Mint (NM) to Near Mint-Mint (NM-MT) condition range. The blue binder shows light shelf wear on the exterior but remains fully functional with secure rings.
