This lot features two vintage Marvel comic books from the Captain America series. The first item is Captain America #415, cover dated May 1993. The cover artwork is attributed to Rik Levins and Danny Bulanadi and features Black Panther in a story titled Jungle Mayhem! This issue includes the Avengers Assemble! 30th Anniversary (1963-1993) commemorative logo on the front cover. The second item is Captain America #428, cover dated June 1994. This issue is part four of the Fighting Chance story arc and features the first appearance of the character Americop. The cover art is by Dave Hoover, with the signature Dave 94 Hoover visible in a white box. Both issues are standard US direct editions with barcodes.
Condition report:
Both comics are housed in individual protective plastic sleeves with cardboard backing boards. The books appear to be in good overall condition. Captain America #428 shows some visible minor spine stress marks and light wear at the corners. Captain America #415 exhibits minor shelf wear consistent with age. Neither book has been professionally graded.
