The figure is constructed from a hand-painted composition or hard resin material and features a spring-mounted head. Mickey is shown wearing a blue shirt with a white collar and a single yellow button, red trousers with two white buttons, and yellow shoes. He stands on a square white base. The side of the base is marked with the Walt Disney World logo and text in black print. Condition report:
The figure is in good vintage condition. Visible wear includes a small paint chip on the tip of the left ear and minor scuffing around the edges of the white base. The hand-painted colors remain vibrant across the figure. The internal spring mechanism is functional, allowing for the characteristic bobblehead movement. No original box is present.
