Description
BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! A collection of comic book original artwork and printed promotional ephemera representing various comic artists and characters. The collection includes a large, color-printed DC Comics promotional poster from 1980 featuring an assemblage of classic characters including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Robin, Shazam, Green Lantern, The Flash, and Black Lightning, marked with the printed copyright text Copyright DC Comics Inc. 1980.
The original art pieces include an ink drawing on off-white paper depicting a stylized face framed within a dark circular motif, inscribed July 30, 1974 on the left, and signed Groth alongside the inscription To My Friend, Gordon on the right. The other drawings and prints show light toning, minor handling wear, and minor soft creasing to the edges.
