This collection comprises four vintage baseball card sets released between 1986 and 1990 by manufacturers Fleer and Sportflics. The assortment includes a 1987 Fleer Baseball Update set housed in a blue commemorative collector’s tin, featuring graphics of players Kevin Seitzer, Kevin McReynolds, B.J. Surhoff, and Reggie Jackson. The tin contains 132 custom-coated trading cards and 22 team logo stickers, and is known for containing rookie cards of Greg Maddux, Matt Williams, and Fred McGriff. Condition report:
Three of the sets, including the 1987 Fleer tin, the 1989 Fleer Update, and the 1990 Fleer Update, are factory sealed in their original shrink wrap. The 1987 tin shows minor surface scuffing and a small area of sticker residue on the lid visible through the plastic. The 1986 Sportflics box has been opened and exhibits moderate shelf wear, including softening at the corners and light creasing to the cardboard. Internal card conditions are ungraded as they remain in their original bulk packaging.
