BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! A Collection of Nine Marvel Comic Books Featuring Captain America and Iron Man, 1974-1978
This lot consists of nine Bronze Age Marvel comic books published by the Marvel Comics Group between 1974 and 1978. These are standard American staple-bound comic books printed on newsprint paper. The collection includes three issues of the title Captain America and The Falcon and six issues from the Marvel Double Feature series. The Captain America and The Falcon issues are #190 (October 1975) featuring cover art by Gil Kane and Dan Adkins, #199 (July 1976) with art by Jack Kirby and Dan Verrou, and #220 (April 1978) featuring the Ameridroid with cover art by Ernie Chan. The Marvel Double Feature issues, which reprint Silver Age Tales of Suspense stories featuring Captain America and Iron Man, include issue #8 (February 1974) with a Gil Kane and John Romita Sr. cover, two copies of issue #13 (December 1975), issue #15 (April 1976), and two copies of issue #17 (August 1976). All comics remain ungraded (raw) and are individually housed in plastic bags with backing boards.
Condition report:
The comics appear to be in mid-to-high-grade condition. Visual inspection through the packaging reveals minor spine stress ticks, light blunting to corner tips, and minimal edge wear consistent with careful long-term storage. No major defects such as cover detachment, significant staining, or structural damage are visible.
