This is the premiere issue of Warlocks first solo series and features the first appearance of the Soul Gem. The cover art depicts Warlock in battle with the story title Night of the Man-Beast! and is credited to Gil Kane and Tom Palmer. The script is by Roy Thomas. Condition report:
