This lot features a collection of autographed ephemera including First Day Covers, postcards, and autograph cards representing prominent historical, military, and celebrity figures. The collection includes a color postcard of Hillcrest Memorial Hospital in Waco, Texas, published by B&W News Agency, signed on the reverse in blue ink by Roy Rogers with the inscription Roy Rogers + Trigger and a hand-drawn star brand symbol. This item is authenticated with JSA certification sticker CH61075. Two items signed by actor Tony Shalhoub are included: a decorative printed autograph card signed in black marker with JSA sticker CH61081, and a gold foil cachet First Day Cover commemorating the Second Continental Congress, postmarked May 10, 1975, in Philadelphia. A significant historical piece is the First Day Cover honoring Prisoners of War and Missing in Action, signed by Senator John McCain and inscribed 26 Nov 1968 Vietnam. Condition report:
The items are in overall excellent vintage to contemporary condition. Most covers exhibit crisp corners and clean surfaces. Minor edge wear and slight toning consistent with age are present on the earlier postcards and covers. Some items feature collector notations in pencil or pen on the reverse. Autographs are bold and clear without significant fading.
