Description
BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! A Pair of US Morgan and Peace Silver Dollars, 1887 and 1922
This lot consists of two US silver dollar coins struck in .900 fine silver. The first is an 1887 Morgan dollar featuring the Morgan Liberty head obverse and heraldic eagle reverse. The second is a 1922 Peace dollar featuring the Peace Liberty obverse and perched eagle reverse. Both coins possess reeded edges. The 1887 Morgan dollar was struck at the Philadelphia Mint as indicated by the absence of a mint mark. Due to heavy surface residue on the 1922 Peace dollar, a mint mark cannot be identified.
